What is your policy on subcontractors?

At Three Guys A/C & Electrical, we do not use subcontractors.

All service, maintenance, and installation work is performed exclusively by our in-house, W-2 employees. This allows us to maintain strict quality control, ensure consistent workmanship, and guarantee that every technician is fully trained in our systems, processes, and customer service standards.

By keeping all work in-house, we’re able to:
